Returning Goods...

All the information on the request form must be completely filled out and emailed back to the returns dept in order to obtain an RMA number.
RMA numbers are valid for 5 days from the date of issue. RMA numbers must be written on the outside of the shipping carton. Please use a copy of the RMA form as a packing list and include it in the box with your return. Any returned packages that do not clearly display a valid RMA number will be refused, as will packages received over 15 days from RMA issue date.
All customers are responsible for freight charges associated with the return of products as well as the proper packaging of the items to avoid product damage during shipping.
We strongly recommend the package you are returning is fully insured. We suggest you use a service that can provide “proof of delivery”. JMC will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Returned items must be (Undamaged) in original packaging, with all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, all other accessories however small and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Any RMAs returned found to be modified, altered, tampered with or not to be defective will incur return shipping costs. This must be paid before the product is returned to you.
Any RMAs returned deemed defective due to customer misuse will also incur return shipping costs. This must be paid before the product is returned to you.
Any returned products with items missing, the items missing will be charged to the customer.
Damaged or defective goods
You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for
defects, damages or shortage. And notify us with 2 days from
delivery.
Try to:
Make a note on the carriers delivery consignment note that the goods
were "DAMAGED"
Take photo evidence of both the damaged box & any damage to products
within
Warranty
Warranties, on all items, are RTB (Return to Base) excluding items
damaged in transit, (these will be replaced at no cost to you).

Returns Procedure
Returning goods to JMC is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!
Step 1...
Download our Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Form
To download the above file, right click your mouse over the above link and
choose "Save Link As..."
Choose the folder you wish to save it in, and give it the
name of your choice. (Make sure you save it somewhere you can access easily, for
now we would advise simply saving it to your "desktop")
Voila! You now have our RMA form.
Step 2...
Now you must complete our Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Form
Open the file you just downloaded, and complete it.
Please complete this in excel (do not print it and fill it in by hand).
Once completed to your satisfaction, save the file again.
(maybe try re-opening it, to make sure you have saved it correctly).
Now you must open your email client and send us the
completed form.

Make sure you "attach" the RMA form to the email.
Step 3...
Receiving your RMA Number & returning the goods.
Once we receive your completed RMA form, we will assign you an RMA number.
This will be emailed to you.
You must send us the goods within 5 days of being given an
RMA number.
Remember to clearly write (in large text) the RMA number on
the outside of the packaging, as boxes un marked will be rejected by our
warehouse.
Also print off your RMA form, and send us a copy with the
goods you are returning.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will test them, and replace or credit at our discretion.
