When you place an order you will receive emails when your order status has been changed on our system. Below are the list of order status, and what they mean.

Description

Unauthorized

There was a problem with your card payment, either you cancelled the order before the payment was taken or there was an error with your card details. Please check the details you gave us was correct and if you still wish to order try again. If the same problem occurs please send us an email and we will look into this for you.

Payment Received, Processing Fraud Checks (please allow 24 Hours)

Fraud checks are performed on every order placed, sometimes this can delay the processing of orders for up to 24 hours. This is why we never guarantee a next day delivery, simply because no orders will be shipped until we are happy no fraudulent activity has taken place.

Payment was accepted, before we proceed with your order we will have to run a security check against the details you provided. All being well your order should be accepted and items should start to be packed within 24 hours.

Fraud checks Processed, Goods In Packing

Your order has been accepted, goods are in stock and you order has been sent to the warehouse for picking & packing ready for shipping.

Completed

Your items have been collected by our courier and you should receive the next working day between 9:00 - 5:00.

Stock Error

The goods you ordered are not all in stock, you will be contacted by a JMC representative to discuss how you would like to proceed.

Cancelled

Your order has been cancelled, either at your request or because it was 'Unauthorized' and we have not received a payment from you.

Deleted

Your order has been deleted from our records.
