Delivery fees

Delivery fees vary due to different sizes, weights and shapes of products. You will see the relevant shipping costs in your "Shopping Cart" when you place your order.

As a rough guide:
we charge £7.50 + VAT for deliveries up to 10Kg to the mainland UK and extra £0.50 for every 1Kg over.
For Northern Ireland, we charge £12.00 + VAT up to 5Kg, £20.00 + VAT up to 10Kg and an extra £0.70 for every 1Kg over.

Delivery times

The majority of orders with JMC are dispatched within 1-3 days, this is due to Fraud checks that have to processed with every order. However, once you have ordered from us a few times these fraud check times can be reduced significantly and you can start receiving your orders next day. But this may vary on the odd occasion i.e. if your item isn't in stock, however you will be contacted if this is the case.

We would always advise our customers to place orders at least 48-72 hours in advance of your required delivery date.

Signing for Goods

If you are unable to check the contents of the package at time of delivery please sign for the goods as “unchecked”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter.

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carriers delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.

Damaged or defective goods

You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortage. And notify us with 2 days from delivery.

Try to:
Make a note on the carriers delivery consignment note that the goods were "DAMAGED"
Take photo evidence of both the damaged box & any damage to products within

Warranty

Warranties, on all items, are RTB (Return to Base) excluding items damaged in transit, (these will be replaced at no cost to you).
